  I played this course when it was still Alcoma Country Club. I can't imagine how the people who loved this course would feel today. A recent round found the greens in poor shape - so patchy that a good hole location could not be found on some of the greens. The greens used to be the jewel of this course - slick and beautiful, but no more. Fairways were also patchy -- the country club is becoming a distant memory despite the golf shoes on top of the lockers. I was on the beach at number 17, and the trap looked like a herd of deer had been followed by a herd of golfers. Much worse shape than the previous times I have played this course -- 2 or 3 times per year in the last five years.

  Quite possibly the worst golf course ever. Conditions are terrible as is the layout. If there is a bright spot it's that the course is close to the parkway. Save your money, play elsewhere.

  The new par 5 is complete garbage, but the rest of the course is nice. Fairly well taken care of, but some spots need work. Staff has always been great
