  Servers are friendly and food is good. Staff seems a bit disorganized at times, which I've noticed at almost every Applebee's restaurant I've ever been to. Things like multiple servers waiting on you, people changing shifts and not handing off properly, drinks taking a really long time.
  Biggest issues are with Carside To-Go. Once they mixed up my order, once I got the wrong drink, and two other times nobody came to my car and I had to go in and ask for my food.
  I think the food is great and the staff is friendly, so the drawbacks are really a shame. Would be a definite 5-stars with a little better organization.

  Second rate Appleby experience. Food was bad and staff didn't care. No second time here. Parking was easy.

  I ordered the American Standard Burger with a egg added but when I received it and bit into it no egg so I told the waiter, Michael who stated that he worked for Applebee's for 15 years. He stated that he would take care of it so I thought he would bring a new Burger but instead he brought the egg on a saucer and he said I could just put it on the burger myself. I loooked at him like he was crazy, but I said okay. I will do it because I didn't want another one especially if the employees were going to do something to the new burger, if those who know already, know what I mean. So I start to put the egg on my burger then he stopped me and said the egg is hot. He said he would put on for me with a fork and I was like you handle food, money, menus and anything else imaginable. He say the look on my face and decided to get me a new burger made the way, I ordered it. My question is why didn't he offer to do this in the first place??
